As a Luxury Client Experience Lead, you’ll guide international guests through meaningful purchase journeys — representing iconic jewellery houses and Swiss watch brands while delivering service at the highest level.

The Role

• Act as a trusted advisor for guests investing in fine jewellery and timepieces
• Deliver results with exclusive brands and limited collections
• Host VIP presentations, private consultations, and curated client experiences
• Translate craftsmanship, heritage, and design into compelling stories
• Uphold exceptional standards in service, presentation, and client care

You Bring

• Experience in fine jewellery and/or Swiss timepiece sales
• Strong product knowledge across gemstones, metals, and luxury brands
• Confidence in clienteling and high-value sales conversations
• A natural storyteller with a polished, guest-first approach
• Flexibility to live and work onboard for contract assignments
