The Cruise Retail Academy is hiring Trunk Show Specialists to lead exclusive retail activations onboard luxury cruise ships. This unique role blends high-end sales with event-style presentations, giving you the stage to showcase fine jewelry and other luxury brands to discerning guests.

Your Role

• Host engaging trunk shows and product presentations for guests
• Represent fine jewelry and other premium collections with expertise and passion
• Deliver personalized consultations and high-value sales experiences
• Build excitement through storytelling, product knowledge, and event hosting
• Support onboard promotions, merchandising, and brand activations

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail sales (land or sea)
• Confident public speaking and presentation skills
• Strong clienteling ability with international, high-value guests
• Excellent communication, service, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to live and work onboard for 6-month contracts
