Dining Operations Manager

As a Dining Operation Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional culinary experiences aboard our cruise ships.
Your primary mission is to transform each dining moment into an unforgettable experience for our guests. Leading with passion and precision, you will manage the intricate operations of our dining venues, ensuring every service runs seamlessly. From intimate dinners to grand events, your role is essential in orchestrating excellence, maintaining high standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork and dedication. We are looking for a candidate with:

• 1. Previous onboard experience as a Restaurant operations Manager on another cruise line.
• 2. Proven expertise in managing diverse teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• 3. Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to inspire and lead by example.
• 4. A deep understanding of upscale dining standards and guest service excellence.
• 5. Experience in coordinating multiple dining venues efficiently while maintaining quality.

To be considered for this role, we require that you bring the following qualifications and experience:

• 1. Minimum Requirements: At least three years of managing full dining operations on board.
• 2. Language: Fluent English to communicate correctly with all different nationalities and at least another European language (Franch, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish).
• 3. Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, organizational ability, commitment to exceptional guest service
• 4. Personality: Energetic, approachable, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.
