• Bring creativity to life at sea! As a Creative Coach on board MSC Cruises, you will lead fun and inspiring art workshops for guests of all ages. From painting and crafting to calligraphy and jewelry making, you’ll help guests discover their creativity while enjoying their vacation. You’ll work closely with the Entertainment team to offer exciting and memorable activities that create joy, connection, and unforgettable moments onboard.

• As a Creative Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience by delivering innovative, engaging, and memorable creative activities. Your workshops will become a cherished highlight for many guests, influencing their satisfaction and enthusiasm for future sailing. Each session you deliver, be it painting, jewelry making, or upcycled crafts will reflect our brand’s commitment to meaningful entertainment and cultural enrichment. By encouraging artistic exploration and building a vibrant community onboard, your contribution will enhance our cruise environment 

We're looking for a dynamic, multi-talented individual who embodies artistic versatility and has a genuine passion for creative expression.

Your journey should include:

• Proven experience in leading creative or artistic workshops (onboard cruise ships preferred).
• A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating proficiency across several art forms (e.g., visual arts, crafts, design).
• Experience working with international audiences and varying age groups.
• Background in hospitality, performing arts, education, or entertainment industries.
• Demonstrated ability to engage large and small groups with confidence and clarity.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of planning and executing a full schedule of creative activities.
• A collaborative spirit and adaptability in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

To exceed in this role, you need:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are an asset.
• Proven experience delivering creative workshops or classes in one or more of the following areas:
• Drawing, painting, face painting, watercolors, digital art, calligraphy
• Jewelry making, candle making, textile arts, pottery, origami
• Collage, art journaling, upcycling, tie-dye, graffiti art, mural painting
• Comfortable managing multiple sessions daily and adapting content based on guest demographics and interests.
• A passion for fostering creativity, building community, and delivering excellence.
