We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Hotel Operations to oversee and enhance guest experience across key areas of biggest cruise ships. This role ensures seamless coordination of all hotel operations, including neighborhood concepts, boarding/departure logistics, and guest service delivery. The position supports the Hotel Director and plays a vital role in implementing operational strategies, compliance, training, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations and guest-facing services.

Manage boarding, debarkation, and port call logistics.

Lead crew training, operational audits, and compliance.

Maintain electronic signage and ITV guest messaging systems.

Support guest satisfaction programs and handle escalated issues.

Assist in budget planning and execution.

Participate in inspections and emergency response protocols.

Qualifications:

Shipboard experince required.

2+ years experience in a Division Head Position onboard.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills

Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

Physically fit to perform emergency duties on board

This position is a pathway to Associate Hotel Director and Hotel Director roles.
