Faststream Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a prestigious luxury ocean cruise line. This is a chance to play a key role in crew management and welfare within a world-class onboard team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboard HR function, ensuring positive crew relations and compliance.
• Advise senior leaders and crew on performance, training, and conduct.
• Oversee welfare programs, orientation, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with MLC, company policies, and international regulations.
• Act as a link between shipboard departments and shore-based HR.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as HR Manager/Senior HR Officer onboard a cruise ship.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and multicultural workforce management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; calm under pressure.
• CIPD or equivalent HR qualification desirable.
• Valid STCW, C1D Visa, Seagoing Medical.
• Available October 2025.
