Windstar Cruises are looking for a new Entertainment and Engagement Host

Entertainment Activities Host is a high-energy, guest-facing role dedicated to enhancing the onboard experience through engaging activities, dynamic event support, and consistent social interaction. Working alongside the Entertainment & Engagement Manager, this individual serves as a co-host and ambassador of Windstar’s entertainment programming—facilitating games, classes, themed events, and social gatherings that enrich the overall voyage. While prior hospitality or performance experience is valued, the most important qualities for this role are approachability, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect authentically with guests and team members. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and confident in social settings.

In addition to hosting daytime and evening activities, the Entertainment Activities Host plays an active role in supporting marina operations, beach events, and shoreside guest experiences. The position demands a high level of guest interaction, requiring strong communication skills, physical stamina, a team-oriented mindset, and a consistently professional and engaging demeanour. Skills in music, dance, or DJing are highly valued and may be incorporated into programming when appropriate
