The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced Deckhand.

Description Brief:

You will hold a dual role as both deputy to the Ship’s Security Officer and leader of the onboard water sports and E-Bike programs. Reporting to the Chief Officer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of guest activities, including the organisation, maintenance, and operation of small craft, water sports equipment, and E-Bikes. You will also support all aspects of security operations, including patrols, gangway watch, and administration of the Master Key system.

You must be a competent small boat handler with proven deck experience on superyachts or similar marine environments, and ideally bring a background in security operations. Professionalism, reliability, and approachability are essential, as is the ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and guest service.

Minimum Requirements:
- Entry Level Role 
- RYA Powerboat or Personal Watercraft operation/ instructor certificate
- Open Water Lifeguard Certificate
- Valid Basic STCW certificates, as required for the position.
- An amazing team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
