DESTINATION EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR

Providing a friendly and efficient service to guests, creating ‘Ambassador Moments’ and leading to total guest and company satisfaction
• Destination Experiences (DE) operations and Front Desk duites at sea and in port
• Continually research and study the Experiences programme and ports of call to increase knowledge, liaising closely with the Destination Presenter
• Play an active role in the ship’s Emergency Response Plan
• Maximise sales and profit in line with Head Office targets by continually analysing sales and managing inventory
• Train escorts and ensure a fair system of escort allocation is maintained
• Escort Experiences to improve knowledge, product evaluate and provide feedback
• Always act in the best interest of the company and embrace Ambassador Cruise Line’s brand values
• Host tables and participate in other onboard activities to enhance profile
• Research and respond to guest’s requests for independent destination advice
• In agreement with the DE Manager, liaise closely with Hotel Department Managers so all are aware of Experience’s planned operations including timings and numbers to ensure mealtimes / offerings are adjusted where necessary to accommodate
• Be available for meetings with Head Office personnel on turnaround days as requested
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by Destination Experiences Manager, Hotel Director and onboard Senior Management team
