General Purpose Attendant Officer needed for Windstar!

• Responsible for their assigned Officer/Crew cabin section’s customer service and cleanliness.
• Make-up cabins during the day. Turndown service provided to limited assigned cabins.
• Clean, sanitize and tidy-up cabins within a set time frame.
• During the cabin service, make the beds daily, change bed linen and towels as required.
• Maintain, replenish and/or sanitize all bathroom supplies.
• Maintain, replenish and/or sanitize all cabin supplies.
• Handle Officer and crew uniforms and personal laundry for washing and pressing services.
• Report and follow up all defective equipment, fitting & fixtures, supplies and damages to main interior.
• Ensures highest level of cleanliness is achieved all times in the cabins.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and setup of assigned guest public spaces and crew areas. Cleaning of guest public 
spaces and crew areas includes stairs, corridors, recreation areas, crew gym, locker, pantry, corridors, crew 
common restrooms, etc. 
• Keep assigned pantries and lockers stocked and clean.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of work areas as per the set standards and in public 
health compliance.
• Handling guest embarkation and debarkation luggage.
• Return ‘lost and found’ items to Reception.
• Keep supervisor promptly and fully informed of all relevant matters.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ensure proper usage of chemicals and PPE as required for cleaning.
• Follow all company procedures and standards, including guest service, public health, safety, environment and
code of conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
