Step aboard and elevate your culinary career with Amadeus River Cruises! We’re seeking a passionate and reliable Commis de Cuisine to join our galley team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests cruising Europe’s iconic rivers.

Your Role: 

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals for guests and crew, following HACCP and company standards
  • Support special events, theme dinners, and dietary requests (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
  • Maintain galley cleanliness and assist with stock management
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations 
  • Assisting with prep, basic cooking, and learning the ropes of different kitchen stations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience
  • Strong work ethic, hygiene standards, and team spirit
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
