Step aboard and elevate your culinary career with Amadeus River Cruises! We’re seeking a passionate and reliable Commis de Cuisine to join our galley team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests cruising Europe’s iconic rivers.
Your Role:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for guests and crew, following HACCP and company standards
- Support special events, theme dinners, and dietary requests (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
- Maintain galley cleanliness and assist with stock management
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting with prep, basic cooking, and learning the ropes of different kitchen stations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional kitchen experience
- Strong work ethic, hygiene standards, and team spirit
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
