The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced 'Turnaround and Operations Coordinator '.

Description Brief: As Turnaround Services & Administration Coordinator, you will be part of a young, friendly, and established team of professionals. In this role, you are primarily responsible for the preparation of Turnaround and Shore Excursions material, pre-/post-, and extension packages/ tours for our ocean products. Providing our Shipboard team, guests and suppliers with all information required to ensure smooth operation.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Essential Background:
    • 2–5 years of experience in the travel or cruise industry, ideally in operations, turnaround services, or tour coordination.
    • Strong understanding of cruise and tour operational delivery, including pre/post-cruise arrangements, turnaround logistics, and supplier communications.
    • Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage detailed operational documentation to support seamless guest experiences.
  • Communication & Language:
    • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
    • Fluency in other languages is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
    • Experience with MXP or similar operational systems is highly desirable for creating ports, touring options, and ensuring data accuracy across itineraries.
    • Comfortable handling data entry, itinerary updates, and supplier confirmations with high attention to accuracy and deadlines.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and the ability to spot discrepancies early.
    • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to provide temporary onboard support when required.
    • Flexible and solution-focused, with the ability to manage administrative tasks while contributing to operational delivery.
    • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support shore excursion operations when needed
