We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused individuals to join their onboard team as Shore Excursions Associates. This role is ideal for those with a passion for travel, hospitality, and sales, who are looking to grow their career while exploring destinations around the world.

As part of the Shore Excursions Team, you will assist in promoting, selling, and coordinating a wide range of excursions in various ports of call. Your goal will be to enhance the guest experience by providing knowledgeable recommendations, ensuring smooth operations during shore visits, and maximizing excursion sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell excursions to guests before disembarkation.

Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.

Support logistics and dispatch operations at the pier and onboard.

Liaise with tour operators to ensure quality and safety standards.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Contribute to achieving guest satisfaction and onboard sales KPIs.

Support environmental and safety policies at all times.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry (hotels, tour operators, or cruise lines preferred).

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an asset).

Knowledge of marketing techniques and sales performance metrics.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Must be at least 21 years old and comfortable participating in physical excursion activities (including swimming).


Contract Details:

6-month onboard contract, followed by 2 months of vacation.
