Salary: $5800 per month x 12
Leave Ratio: equal rotation

We’re looking for an experienced 1st Hotel Engineer for my cruise client

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all technical elements of passenger services (excluding electrical systems).
• Perform regular maintenance of lifeboat and tender davits and hydraulics.
• Supervise and assist the plumber/fitter with passenger service issues, remaining available for support outside of scheduled hours when required.
• Participate in emergency maintenance for engine-related tasks as directed by the Staff Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer.
• Maintain full familiarity with the operation and limitations of all relevant machinery and systems.

Essential Certifications

Candidates must hold the following valid certificates:

• Medical First Aid
• Advanced Firefighting
• Survival Craft and Rescue Boats
• Basic Safety Training
• Yellow Fever Vaccination
• STCW Seafarer Medical Certificate
