Your Journey So Far

Your expertise includes: 

Meat processing, portioning, and storage, ensuring consistency in product quality. 

Strong knife skills and the ability to prepare various cuts with precision. 

Deep knowledge of hygiene regulations and compliance with international food safety protocols. 

Food preservation techniques, ensuring optimal freshness and minimal waste. 

Experience working in a multicultural environment, collaborating effectively with an international team. 

Ability to follow structured kitchen operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards. 

Your Essentials

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: 

 Relevant qualifications in butchery, culinary arts, or a related field 

 Proven experience in the same or similar role onboard a cruise ship or in a high-end hotel 

 Fluency in English (oral and written) to ensure smooth communication in a diverse environment 

 Strong understanding of International Food Safety Standards 

 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining hygiene and quality standards 

 Passion for delivering excellence and collaborating with an international culinary team
