Faststream Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Stage Manager to join a prestigious luxury ocean cruise line. This is a chance to play a leading role in delivering world-class entertainment onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all rehearsals, shows, and entertainment productions onboard
• Lead and coordinate stage crew, performers, and technical teams
• Ensure the smooth running of backstage operations, props, lighting, and sound
• Maintain safety standards and company compliance during all performances
• Act as the main link between performers, technical staff, and entertainment management

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Stage Manager/Production Manager/Entertainment Technical manager on board a Cruise ship. 
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Solid technical knowledge of stage operations and production management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Valid STCW, C1D Visa, and Seagoing Medical and availability to join in October 2025

• $3300 per month (worked onboard)
• 6:2 (months) rotation
