French Speaking Head Waiter

We are lookingf or a friendly and experienced French speaking Head Waiter to join our team onboard.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent dining service in their assigned section or restaurant
• Provide menu rknowledge, including daily specials, wine pairings and dietary options
• Conduct on-the -job training on service techniques, standards and safety
• Handle and resolve guest complaints or feedback promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as Head Waiter, preferably in a hospitality or cruise setting
• Strong communication and and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of fine dining, wine and international cuisine
• Proficiency in English required, French language skills are an advantage
