Your Journey So Far
You have a solid background in Pan Asian cuisine, with proven experience in the same or a similar position aboard a cruise ship
Your expertise in preparing and presenting a wide variety of Pan Asian dishes, from Thai and Japanese to Chinese and Korean specialties, is backed by formal culinary training.
You have worked in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens, ensuring consistency and excellence on every plate you serve.
Your ability to lead a section of the kitchen, manage food preparation, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards has set you apart as a skilled culinary professional.
Your Essentials
Formal culinary qualifications in Asian cuisine or a related field.
Proven experience in the same or a similar role aboard a cruise ship
Fluency in English (oral and written) and at least one other European language.
Strong knowledge of Pan Asian ingredients, techniques, and plating styles.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced, multicultural kitchen environment.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
