About the Role
We’re currently seeking a talented Photographer to join a leading international cruise line. You’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team dedicated to capturing unforgettable moments for guests on board. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where your creativity, professionalism, and technical skill help transform unique experiences into lasting memories.

Your Life On Board
As a Photographer, you’ll move throughout the vessel to beautifully document guest experiences. You’ll create high-quality, spontaneous images, set up professional photo environments, and present your work in the onboard gallery. Your contributions play a vital part in guest satisfaction and onboard revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Exceptional Guest Experiences
• Capture high-quality photos of guests throughout various ship venues and events.
• Invite guests to view and purchase their photos showcased in the onboard gallery.
• Set up and dismantle photo backdrops and studio environments to company standards.
• Drive Quality & Presentation
• Manage the display and organisation of the photo gallery to maximise impact and sales.
• Ensure exceptional presentation of visual products in alignment with brand expectations.
• Safety & Equipment Care
• Maintain all photographic equipment in excellent working condition.
• Report any technical issues or faults promptly to the Photo Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Secondary school diploma.
• Proven experience as a photographer with strong technical knowledge of photographic equipment.
• Confidence in public speaking and engaging with guests.
• Strong sales abilities and a proactive approach to revenue generation.
• Creative problem-solving, adaptability, and customer-focused mindset.
• Computer literacy (image handling, basic editing, digital equipment familiarity).
• Proficiency in English (B1) plus at least one additional language at B1 level; Italian is a plus.
• Previous shipboard experience is an advantage.
