The Cruise Retail Academy is seeking charismatic, commercially driven professionals to lead premium shopping and lifestyle experiences onboard some of the world’s most luxurious cruise ships.

This is a high-visibility, performance-led role that blends luxury retail expertise, live presenting, brand storytelling, VIP hosting, and destination-led shopping experiences.

Your Mission at Sea

Curate Luxury Experiences
Present world-class brands through engaging storytelling, boutique consultations, and aspirational retail moments that elevate guest perception and desire.

Take Centre Stage
Host shopping events, destination talks, trunk shows, and VIP presentations designed to inspire guests and increase boutique footfall.

Lead Destination Retail Journeys
Transform every port of call into a curated shopping experience by guiding guests ashore and showcasing premium brand environments.

Be the Onboard Authority
Act as a trusted shopping concierge, offering insider knowledge, product expertise, and personalised recommendations.

Drive Commercial Performance
Convert engagement into measurable sales results through relationship-led service, confident presentation, and personal influence.

Create Lasting Guest Loyalty
Deliver memorable, emotionally engaging experiences that strengthen brand connection and enhance the overall cruise journey.

What You Bring

• Experience in luxury retail, high-value sales, brand ambassadorship, or premium hospitality
• Strong product awareness across jewellery, watches, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle categories
• Confidence presenting to live audiences or hosting exclusive guest experiences
• Charismatic presence with natural influencing and storytelling ability
• Genuine passion for travel, cultural discovery, and guest engagement
• Resilience and adaptability within fast-paced international environments
• Flexibility to live and work onboard during rotational or contract assignments
