This is a performance-led, guest-facing role for charismatic professionals who love presenting, selling, and creating moments guests remember long after the cruise ends.

As a Luxury Shopping Ambassador, you’ll become the onboard authority for premium retail — hosting live shopping shows, presenting world-class brands, and connecting guests to unforgettable retail experiences across the ship.

The Role

• Act as the onboard shopping expert for luxury brands and retail experiences
• Host engaging shopping shows, seminars, and destination-led presentations
• Present premium products through high-energy storytelling and aspiration
• Manage your personal onboard media channel featuring product and brand content
• Collaborate with onboard and shoreside teams to create promotional assets
• Support VIP events, launches, and luxury brand activations
• Drive sales through presence, expertise, and authentic guest connection

You Bring

• Strong sales experience (luxury diamonds, gemstones, or high-value retail preferred)
• Confidence on stage; performance, acting, or presenting experience highly valued
• A warm, charismatic presence guests naturally engage with
• Excellent communication and public-speaking skills
• Experience in cruise, entertainment, auctioneering, or guest-facing roles is a plus
• Resilience, self-motivation, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to live and work onboard for rotational contracts
