Bar Utility

Bar Utility staff provide essential support to bartenders and beverage service teams. They keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and utensils

Restock beverages, garnishes, and supplies as directed

Maintain cleanliness and order in bar areas and storage rooms

Assist bartenders with preparation and service during busy periods

Handle and dispose of chemicals and waste safely

Support inventory control and supply rotation

Work effectively in a multicultural, high-volume environment

Requirements
Minimum age: 21 years

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or bar support preferred

Ability to work long hours, 7 days a week, in a high-pressure environment

Physically capable of lifting/carrying heavy loads and standing for extended periods

Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills

Willingness to live and work at sea for extended contracts
