Dishwasher

Work Function & Responsibilities :

• Operates, maintains equipment, china, glassware, and other galley items as well as dishwashing areas
• Responsible in Galley Cleanliness and Sanitation
• Monitoring & maintain onboard sanitation and hygiene standard for impeccable cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness
• Clean all kitchen equipment and machines. Assists with transporting food, provision, china, and other supplies as needed.

Requirements :

• Education : Possess High School / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• Has minimum 1 years experience performing the functions of a similar position in a 5 star hotel, high-profile restaurant, or similar
• Have a strong capability and consistency to follow company hygiene regulations and food safety program
• Intermediate level English verbal and writing skills, including the proper use of English grammar is required
