Set Sail as an Elite Timepiece Ambassador
Step into one of the most exclusive roles in cruise retail — representing the world’s most iconic Swiss watch brands while elevating onboard guest experiences to an entirely new level.
This is not a standard retail contract.
This is a specialist, high-impact, short-term assignment designed for top closers, powerful presenters, and luxury storytellers who can accelerate category growth from the moment they step onboard.
As an Elite Timepiece Ambassador, you’ll rotate between carefully selected luxury ships, embedding yourself into the retail team to boost performance, inspire specialists, and drive Swiss watch sales to record levels.
Your Role
Elevate Swiss Timepiece Sales
Hit and exceed high-value sales targets through expert knowledge, confidence, and world-class client engagement.
Be the Onboard Swiss Watch Authority
Represent legendary brands, unpack their heritage, and deliver compelling storytelling that turns interest into investment.
Host Luxury Events & Presentations
Deliver high-energy talks, VIP showcases, and intimate one-to-one consultations.
Coach & Uplift Retail Teams
Share techniques, mentor specialists, and inject momentum into the onboard Swiss category.
Drive Guest Traffic & Engagement
Identify qualified leads, build relationships, and create return visits, try-ons, and high-value conversations.
Influence, Inspire & Perform
Work closely with Retail Managers to amplify performance — both your own and the team’s.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of proven Swiss Timepiece sales experience (preferred)
- Track record of selling $10,000+ watch pieces and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Strong knowledge of Swiss brands, craftsmanship, complications, and heritage
- Confidence in clienteling, luxury service, and handling high-value transactions
- A presenter’s charisma — hosting events, speaking to audiences, influencing buyers
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive onboard in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Passion for storytelling and creating unforgettable guest moments
Bonus (not required but highly valued):
- Certifications such as WOSTEP, GIA, or Swiss brand training (Omega, Breitling, Cartier, etc.)
- Previous cruise retail experience
- Multilingual skills
