Set sail in one of the most exclusive specialist roles in cruise retail.

This is a high-impact, short-term luxury assignment for exceptional Swiss watch professionals — those who combine technical mastery, compelling storytelling, and proven closing power.

As an Elite Timepiece Ambassador, you’ll rotate across select luxury ships, embedding into retail teams to elevate performance, inspire specialists, and accelerate Swiss watch sales from day one.

The Role

• Drive high-value Swiss timepiece sales through expert knowledge and clienteling
• Represent iconic brands with confidence, heritage storytelling, and authority
• Host VIP events, presentations, and one-to-one luxury consultations
• Coach onboard teams and inject momentum into the watch category
• Partner with Retail Managers to maximise guest engagement and conversion

You Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience selling luxury Swiss timepieces
• A track record of closing high-value ($10k+) transactions
• Strong brand, craftsmanship, and complication knowledge
• Confidence presenting, influencing, and engaging luxury clients
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced onboard environment
• Bonus: Brand certifications, cruise experience, multilingual skills
