Luxury Swiss Watches | Cruise Retail Academy

Set sail in one of the most exclusive specialist roles in cruise retail.

This is a high-impact, short-term luxury assignment for exceptional Swiss watch professionals — individuals who combine technical mastery, compelling storytelling, and proven closing power.

As a Luxury Timepiece Ambassador, you will rotate across select premium cruise ships, embedding into onboard retail teams to elevate performance, inspire specialists, and accelerate Swiss watch sales from day one.

The Role

• Drive high-value Swiss timepiece sales through expert product knowledge and strategic clienteling
• Represent iconic watch maisons with confidence, heritage storytelling, and authority
• Host VIP events, watch seminars, and one-to-one luxury consultations
• Coach and energise onboard retail teams to strengthen category performance
• Partner with Retail Managers to maximise guest engagement, dwell time, and conversion

You Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience selling luxury Swiss timepieces
• A strong record of closing high-value ($10k+) transactions
• Deep knowledge of watch craftsmanship, movements, and complications
• Confidence presenting, influencing, and connecting with luxury clientele
• Resilience and adaptability within a fast-paced shipboard environment

Bonus: Brand certifications, previous cruise experience, additional languages
