French Speaking - Cabin Attendant

• Clean and maintain the guests cabins as per Company standards. Including
verandas and balconies.
• Provides a professional, courteous, and friendly service to the guests in terms
of cleanliness, cabin service and guest’s comfort.
• Make up the bed for day use and turn down service in the evening.
• Change the bed sheets every 3 days as per company standards and more
whenever necessary and/or as per Chief Housekeeper or section supervisor instructions.
• Change the toweling in the bathroom according to guest indication.
• Ensures the setup is complete and tidy as per company standards.
• Greets and assists the guests using their name whenever possible as per
company standards.
• Helps the Guests to unpack/pack their luggage as per request.
• Aids the guests in case of rough sea.
• Introduces him/herself to the Guests upon embarkation.
• Report to the Chief Housekeeper any discrepancies with the Manifest.
• Assist with guest luggage embarkation / disembarkation
• Assist with loading
• Keep pantry clean and neat
• Provides beverages and snacks service as per company standards.
• Collect and return the laundry to the guests.
• Ensures the routine cleaning is done as per Chief Housekeeper instructions.
• Ensures the HACCAP / PH regulations are respected at any time in accordance with the Sanitation manual.
• Reports all maintenance works to be done.
• Ensures safety is respected at any time.
• Ensures the inventories are done as per Chief Housekeeper instructions.
• Participate / assist to the Room service deliveries as per Chief Housekeeper instructions.
