Voyage Director

PEEL Entertainment are searching for a dynamic, energetic and totally ship-shape Voyage Director to become the voice and face of the ship on a luxury cruise experience.

Be in charge of the entire entertainment programme, from dazzling shows to daytime fun.
• Lead a small but amazing team of performers, musicians and technicians.
• Keep standards sky-high and guests smiling ear-to-ear.
• Be the creative spark that keeps the onboard atmosphere exciting and fresh.
• Bring people together, spread good vibes, and basically become everyone’s favourite person onboard.

Must speak: English AND Spanish (enough to charm, lead, and keep the energy flowing!)
To apply, you must have previous onboard managerial experience: minimum Assistant Cruise Director (or equivalent leadership role in entertainment).
