About the job

Responsible for delivering an exceptional massage service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing daily massages and body treatments for travelers
• Being thoroughly educated about all products/treatments and its side effects
• Informing travelers prior to treatments of any possible consequences
• Responsible for hygiene in the spa room
• Assisting at the front desk and gift shop
• Participating in extra duties (i.e. luggage and garbage handling, crew show, loading)
• Any other duties advised by Assistant Hotel Manager/Hotel Manager

Skills/Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of relevant job experience, preferably on passenger ships
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Friendly and energetic attitude
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Good command of English
• For non-European candidate visa might be required based on embarkation port
• Seaman book
• Certificates (at the expense of employee):
• Basic Safety Training (STCW Code VI/1)
• Security Awareness (STCW Code VI/6-1)
• Passenger Ship Safety (STCW Code V/2)
• Yellow fever
