Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed
- Willingness to learn new recipes and kitchen techniques
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Culinary training or certification is a plus, but not required
- 2–3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. A conversational English level is required
