Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and food presentation
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed
  • Willingness to learn new recipes and kitchen techniques

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Culinary training or certification is a plus, but not required
  • 2–3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. A conversational English level is required
