As a guest focused Cruise Director, you are always looking for the next opportunity to create a memorable moment, your goal being that every guest who travels with you want to return.

You will personally welcome our guests on board like a family member, in a warm and friendly manner. You take the time to get to know them, giving them an authentic and personal experience.

You are a fast, creative thinker and able to recognize any areas which may impact the enjoyment of our guest’s holiday. You will be dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests, which will be measured in the end of cruise guest survey scores, and you will strive to achieve the targets set out by the business, specifically the tNPS.

Preparation and knowledge are key to your success and you will be an expert in the itinerary, destinations and experiences offered, maximising our guests enjoyment at each place visited by showcasing the destination and bringing it to life.
