This is a dynamic, guest-facing role for creative retail professionals who thrive on hosting, presenting, and designing memorable shopping experiences.

As a Guest Engagement & Events Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for bringing onboard retail to life — planning and hosting events, driving guest traffic, and creating immersive experiences that boost sales and delight guests across the ship’s retail spaces.

The Role

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver a calendar of onboard retail events, shows, and promotions
• Host engaging in-store experiences, presentations, and interactive sessions
• Actively engage guests, building excitement and driving footfall into retail spaces
• Promote product launches, limited-time offers, and exclusive retail experiences
• Work closely with the Shop Manager to align events with itineraries and demographics
• Brief and support retail teams involved in events and promotions
• Monitor event performance and provide feedback on impact and execution
• Ensure all activities meet onboard policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines

You Bring

• Experience in retail, events, guest engagement, or promotional roles
• Strong hosting, communication, and public-speaking skills
• A creative mindset with strong planning and organizational ability
• Confidence engaging international guests in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyse guest demographics and tailor experiences accordingly
• Previous shipboard experience preferred
• Luxury or 5-star service background is an advantage
• Flexibility to live and work onboard for contract assignments
