The Opportunity
Itinera Limited is currently sourcing experienced Housekeeping professionals for one of our prestigious global cruise partners. As a Stateroom Steward, you will represent our client’s brand by providing 5-star luxury service to their guests. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to take their career to the high seas and work for a world-renowned travel brand.

Role Overview
On behalf of our client, we are looking for high-energy individuals to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort within assigned staterooms. You will be responsible for the daily care of guest environments, ensuring our client’s rigorous standards for luxury and hygiene are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for the client's guests, providing a warm, professional, and efficient service.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Execute deep cleaning of guest staterooms and bathrooms twice daily (including Evening Turn-down).

Compliance: Adhere to international maritime health and safety standards (USPH/UKPH) as directed by the Client’s Housekeeping Management.

Inventory Management: Restock stateroom amenities and manage linen exchanges in accordance with the ship’s operational procedures.

Problem Solving: Handle guest requests effectively and report any technical maintenance issues to the ship’s engineering department.

Safety Duties: Participate in all mandatory safety and emergency drills as required by maritime law.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury setting (4/5-star hotel or existing cruise line).

Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight schedules.

Communication: Excellent English skills (the working language of the ship).

Physicality: Must be fit and able to handle luggage and equipment (up to 25kg) and work long hours on your feet.

Documentation: Must hold a valid Passport and be willing to undergo a Seafarer’s Medical (ENG1) and background checks.
