Faststream Recruitment is looking for a Staff Chief Engineer for a leading global cruise line. You’ll oversee engineering operations, manage a team, and ensure the safe and efficient running of the vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vessel engineering systems and operations.
• Lead and support a team of engineers.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Staff Chief Engineer on large Cruise ships!
• Chief Engineers unlimited CoC 
• Marine Engineering Cadetship with at least a HND or Foundation degree.
• High Voltage Management certificate.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexible for rotational sea assignments.

In return the company will offer:

• 12 weeks on 12 weeks off rotation with year round salary 
• Salary from over $7000 per month paid year round
