Bar Utility

Position Summary  

Supports the bar team by maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and ensuring smooth operations in all bar areas.

Key Responsibilities  

- Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and workstations.  

- Restock beverages, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies as directed.  

- Assist bartenders with preparation of mixers and basic drink components.  

- Collect and return empty glasses and bottles from guest areas.  

- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.  

Qualifications  

- Prior experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred.  

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.  

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.  

- Basic knowledge of bar operations is an advantage.
