Faststream is recruiting for a sound operator

Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sound Operator to join the entertainment team of a world-class cruise line.

You will operate and maintain professional audio equipment for large-scale production shows, guest entertainers, live bands, and ship-wide events in state-of-the-art theatre venues at sea.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with digital sound consoles in theatre or live events
• Bachelors degree in theatre (sound design or technology) or equivalent 
• Front of House live mixing, set up and maintenance is required 
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous cruise experience desirable but not essential
