With your expertise in Teppanyaki cooking, you will bring a vibrant energy to our specialty dining venues, ensuring guests are engaged and entertained. Your Journey So Far

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie Teppanyaki or in a similar role on board a cruise ship or in a high-volume Teppanyaki restaurant.

Strong ability to perform live cooking demonstrations with confidence, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for guests.

Expertise in preparing a variety of sushi dishes and Japanese cuisine, showcasing technical precision and artistic presentation.

In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen management in compliance with international standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining consistency and quality.

Your Essentials

Culinary degree or relevant professional certifications in Japanese cuisine or Teppanyaki cooking. 

Fluency in English (oral and written) to ensure smooth communication with guests and team members. 

Demonstrated experience in the same position or a similar one on board a cruise ship or in a high-end hospitality setting. 

Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment. 

Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining high culinary standards. 

Passion for performance-based cooking, with a flair for engaging guests and creating memorable dining experiences.
