Japanese/Chinese speaking Wellbeing Coach

Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing are searching for a Wellbeing Instructor to join the team in a very exciting position, responsible for the successful delivery of holistic wellbeing classes and events on-board an industry-leading cruise ship. MSC Cruises are committed to delivering industry-leading classes and events, raising the standard of wellbeing content in the travel sector.

Responsibilities of the role:
Instructing holistic classes and wellbeing events to guests with varying abilities
Providing support to the operation whilst reviewing feedback and coordinating the schedule.
Work alongside our team to help create, grow, and deliver health and wellbeing products for passengers
Monitors class insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvement.
Continuously evaluate processes and procedures and update when and where necessary to achieve maximum efficiencies.
Support the development of wellbeing concepts and ideas to help form a proposal for our clients, specialising in wellbeing experiences.
Liaise with client representatives and the team on-site to optimise content delivery.
Qualifications and Skills required:
Technical qualifications that can be applied to the role e.g.: Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Breathwork, Sound Therapy
Proven track record in teaching holistic disciplines to a high standard
Strong managerial skills
Ability to demonstrate previous client and team management
Experience in multi-tasking projects
Ability to problem-solve
Language skills are desirable
IT skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or MAC proficient

Experience Required:
Minimum of three year’s experience in the Health & Fitness sector
Minimum of three year’s management experience
Experience in the travel sector is desirable
