Main Function

To provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their purchases in onboard shops, promoting products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience throughout the cruise.

Qualifications

• Fluent in oral and written English (working & safety language of the Company)
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in cruise or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of product ranges and ability to promote sales
• Basic Safety Training (BST) and required certifications

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist guests in shops, providing information and recommendations on products
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and attractive merchandise displays
• Promote sales through product knowledge and guest engagement
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment
