Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hairdresser / Barber to join the MSC Cruises onboard Spa team. Under the supervision of the Spa Manager, you will provide high-quality hair services to an international clientele, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while boosting onboard revenue through services and product sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of hair services for both male and female guests (cut, color, styling, etc.)
• Promote hair treatments, onboard services, and retail products to increase revenue
• Provide expert consultation tailored to guest needs and preferences
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of salon equipment and working area
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist in salon set-up and end-of-day procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Hairdressing (minimum 2 years education at a national college)
• Certified in both ladies' hairdressing and men’s barbering
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on salon experience
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Previous cruise ship or international hospitality experience is an advantage
