Chief Electrician / Chief ETO

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Electrician to join our cruise ship. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all electrical systems onboard, including power generation, distribution systems, and control systems.
- Manage and coordinate the work of the electrical team to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure prompt repairs and regular inspections of all equipment.
- Maintain documentation and logs related to electrical systems.
- Ensure all safety standards and regulations are followed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Electrician or Senior Electrician, preferably in the cruise or maritime industry.
- Extensive knowledge of marine electrical systems, power generation, and distribution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- STCW certification and all necessary licenses for a Chief Electrician position.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
