An exciting opportunity is available to join a well-established cruise operator aboard one of its ocean-going vessels in late May 2026. We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join the onboard team as HR Manager

Salary & Benefits

USD 4,590 per month x 12
Equal Rotation (8 weeks on 8 weeks off)
The opportunity to work within a professional and supportive shipboard environment

Mandatory Certification Requirements

All applicants must hold valid certification as follows:
Basic Safety Training (STCW)
Crisis Management & Human Behaviour
Seafarer’s Record Book
Yellow Fever Vaccination
Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
