Location: Onboard Luxury Cruise Ships | 6-month contract

EFFY is the worlds leading luxury jewelry brand with 150+ boutiques across 10 major cruise lines worldwide. They deliver unforgettable experiences and are seeking dynamic, charismatic individuals to represent their brand at sea and in ports of call. This role is about storytelling, connection and unforgettable sales experiences. 

Opportunities include Jewelery Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors / Presenters, Beauty and Watch Specialists and Luxury Retail Sales Associates. 

The Role:

• Presenting and Selling EFFY's fine jewelry collections
• Host events, seminars, and shopping experiences, confidently speaking to large groups
• Build meaningful relationships with guests and deliver personalized luxury service
• Creating excitement and storytelling around gemstones and design 
• Promote onboard and port shopping opportunities with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Support boutique sales, drive traffic, and assist in closing deals
• Execute marketing initiatives onboard, including announcements, displays, digital messaging, and port shopping programs
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to maximize performance
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through storytelling and luxury product knowledge
• Assist with visual merchandising, event setup, and promotional activities
• Organize and execute Port Shopping events, seminars, and in-store activities
• Collaborate with the team and management to identify opportunities for revenue growth
• Maintain brand standards, compliance, and safety procedures onboard

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident public speaker, comfortable addressing large audiences
• Professional, engaging, and personable, with strong interpersonal skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused, with a team-oriented mindset
• Experienced in sales, luxury retail, or hospitality (preferred, not required)
• Adaptable, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced cruise ship environment
• Skilled at relationship building, coaching, and creating memorable experiences
