We are currently recruiting at our company headquarters in Rostock, Hamburg or fully remote in Germany.

Your chartered goal

• Responsibility for the technical implementation and continuous development of a business-critical application in an international environment
• Leadership of internal and external development teams
• Ensuring architectural consistency in coordination with solution architects
• Further development of engineering excellence and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and auditable software delivery
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (product owners, architecture, QA, product, operations) for seamless end-to-end delivery processes
• Ensuring complete, compliance-compliant development documentation
• Position requires regular travel to Teams in Germany, Italy and US

Your previous ports of call

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field and fluent English (C1+ / German is a plus)
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering for complex enterprise applications, including 3+ years of technical or team leadership
• Strong proficiency in NET and Angular frameworks
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services, including AKS and VM provisioning
• Experience with Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance tuning
• Advanced coding proficiency and system design expertise
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to guide and inspire the development team
• Strong project management abilities to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables
