Deputy Hotel Director 

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Hotel Director to join an onboard team. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the overall management of hotel operations at sea.

Contract Details:

Start Date: June (handover early June)
Rotation: 12 weeks on / 6 weeks off
Salary: USD $4,900 per month x 12

About the Role:

Reporting to the Hotel Director, the Deputy Hotel Director plays a vital role in overseeing daily hotel operations onboard. You will ensure the highest standards of service delivery across all departments, with a particular focus on Food & Beverage and Inventory operations.

You will act as the Hotel Director in their absence and be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
