Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded cruise line to recruit an experienced Deputy Hotel Director.

The Role

Supporting the Hotel Director, you will oversee onboard hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth day-to-day performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• To play a critical role in overseeing the daily hotel operations onboard. 
• Drive high service standards and guest satisfaction, with a strong focus on F&B and Inventory.
• Support, coach, and develop department heads
• Monitor budgets and operational performance
• Deputise for the Hotel Director when required

Requirements

• Previous senior hotel leadership experience onboard cruise ships
• Strong multi-department management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational ability
• Financial awareness and guest-focused mindset
