Av/Production Officer - Luxury Cruise Vessel

We are seeking an AV/Production Officer to support onboard shows, lighting, sound, and entertainment systems, while maintaining reliable IT and network services.

You will operate and troubleshoot AV and broadcasting equipment for live events and guest activities, while also supporting onboard IT infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, and compliance. The role includes basic guest IT support, assisting with Wi-Fi, connectivity, and personal devices.

Requirements:

Experience with live shows, lighting, sound, and AV systems in a luxury environment 
Basic IT and networking skills
Strong troubleshooting ability and customer service skills
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced onboard environment
