Guest Experience Ambassador (English & German - speaking)

About the Role

MSC Cruises is looking for motivated and multilingual candidates to join the team as Guest Experience Ambassadors on board.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that international guests feel comfortable, supported, and fully engaged throughout their cruise experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to guests in their native language
• Support the Guest Services team with guest inquiries and requests
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times
• Act as a cultural bridge between guests and crew
• Assist during embarkation, disembarkation, and onboard activities
• Help resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Fluency in at least 2–3 additional languages (C1 level)
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
