The Jewelry Concierge delivers a premium guest experience through personalized consultations,
VIP showings, and expert guidance that supports high-value sales. This role meets voyage-level
goals by using strong product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and luxury watches while
supporting onboard events and promotions. The position maintains brand-standard displays,
secures high-value merchandise, and completes required reporting and operational tasks.
Compliance with shipboard safety, audit standards, and loss-prevention procedures is essential.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of luxury retail or fine-jewelry experience, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural shipboard environment.

REQUIEREMENTS:

Minimum 21 years old
Relevant ship experience is preferred
Good level of English language
