The Jewelry Sales Associate delivers exceptional guest service by providing personalized product
guidance, styling support, and private showings to drive high-value sales. This role maintains
strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and luxury watch brands while
ensuring all displays meet visual-merchandising and security standards. The associate supports
inventory control, assists with after-sales services such as sizing and adjustments, and follows all
cash-handling and high-value merchandise procedures. Additionally, the position helps execute
onboard promotions, trunk shows, and VIP events to enhance the overall guest experience and
achieve sales goals.

REQUIEREMENTS:

Minimum 21 years old
Relevant ship experience 
Good level of English language
